Making plans for the future
I saw his profile and made the first move. He answered in very short phrases, but always intriguing. We kept up the emails for awhile and weknow enough about each other that we are making plans for the future. It will blossom and grow as we have met our soulmates...

Most passinate romantic weekend of my life!
After communicating via I/M and on the phione for 2 weeks straight we decided to meet in person. Me living in San DIego, California and him in Los Angeles it was not too much planning needed. We are only 3 hours from one another. He came to San Diego and we had a special place planned to meet and we had it planned that if he was happy with the reduklts he saw at fierst appearance he would give me a red rose. Well, not only did he give me one long stemed red rose but he had 3 dozen waiting for me and 2 delicious bags of gourmet coffee knowing that I loved coffee. We went to Sea World the following day and had a delicious dinner that evening and then ended the night in the jucuzzi and the next day he left to return to Los Angeles and 2 weeks later I drove up to his house and I had the most passinate romantic weekend of my life! He knocked my socks off and I will never be the same! He made me feel like a real woman for the first time in my life and I thank you SPM!

I am from Kansas and I met different guys that were from other states and had thought about cancelling my subscription. A few days before I did that I received an e-mail from a guy in Wichita--90 miles away. That is who I am dating now and everything is going great. I learned so much from him just by e-mailing back and forth. Everything started with a smile
Over 1200 miles apart and now together thanks to SPM. I've meet her on this web site a couple of moths ago after been a member for only a couple of days. She had just ended a relationship with her baby's father and I was divorced for almost 2 yrs. Everything started with a smile that got us to chat and then to talk on the phone. She ended up comming to Fl about amonth after we started talking and everything just took off from there. We fall in love with each other and with our kids. We learned that everything always happens for a reason and that after all the pain that we went trhu due to previous relationships was worth it because it brougth us to this point, to this site and to the happiness and love that we now share. After a few months of going back and forth we are moving in together, we are now engaged and we'll be getting married in the summer of 2007.

We are living in a way we didn't think possible
Two years and 3 months ago these two certain people met at a place called SPM. He was a Father of 4 and lived in Midlothian, Va. and She was a Mother of 3 and lived in Annapolis, Md. They were about 2 and a half hours apart. After about 2 weeks of chatting and emailing they decided to meet even though they were both cautious because of the distance between them. Well, they had a great time together! One year later on June 19th of 2005 they Married with a rather large wedding party of 7 children, 4 girls and 3 boys.
What a wonderful time it's been. No question, we have to be aware of the many issues there are bringing two families together like ours. Not to mention the logistical efforts necessary to raise 7 children ( age 7 to 14 ). With support and love from each other and God's grace and direction we are living in a way we didn't think possible just a few short years ago.
Thank you to SPM for giving us a method to come together. Attached is a picture of the whole bunch of us.

We were meant to be together
When I was just about to give up on the dating scene, I answered a smile that was sent to me, and the rest is history. This person and I had so much in common, and it was very obvious that we were meant to be together. We have been dating for about 6 months and having a blast. So now we are taking it to a different level and getting married. My life is so very happy with this person and I can't wait to make her my wife. We met when he saw my profile and sent me a card. Ironically, I didn't see that until I had IM him to chat. We both liked each other's profile and just thought we would chat. Needless to say we are moving past just chatting. Although he's in TX and I'm in TN we are working on creating a new relationship and I'm just thankful that this site gave us the opportunity to do that.

We know that we are meant to be together.
I was at the point where I gave up on dating. One weekend I was in the process of removing my profiles from other sites when I got notified that there was a mail from someone on this site. Now this site has always been better in talking with quality people, but I had only met a couple of people and it did not work out. When Isabel wrote I thought she must have wrote me by mistake, but nevertheless I answered her. To make a long story short we both fell in love pretty much at once. I was scary and we questioned our sanity on this, but as each day progressed we grew closer. We have known each other only for a short time, but we know that we are meant to be together. Now we are putting our efforts into the pursuit of marriage. With the exception of the day my daughter was born, I have never been happier in my life. I want to thank Single Parents Mingle for this introduction and I hope everyone can find that special someone. Hang in there and let it happen. It finally did for me.
