Married June 18th, 2005
Hello and greetings,
First and foremost, please allow me to thank SPM ever so much for creating this site, this has been a most inspirational journey that will forever echo within my soul.
In December of 2004, after reading a few profiles, there was one that had stood out from all the rest, "Rubio_01". It was just a simple hello followed by a "Have a great day" greeting card. The response and words that followed were like music to our hearts. The chemistry, the introductions, and telephone calls were amazing. At every moment of our meetings a quiet calm came over us and as days turned into weeks a meeting was created in January of 2005. She is from Providence, RI and I lived in Visalia, CA. She was first to fly the 3000 miles and stay for a week. It was a visit from heaven, a memory that we will forever be embrace. Two months later I was to visit her and when it was time for me to return home, we knew it was a relationship that needed to be forever. I asked her to marry me while on my knee's, as tears began to flow, a magical moment of acceptance and happiness ran like rivers throughout our bodies.
We were married June 18th, 2005 in the Calavary Baptist church in Providence, RI. We will now take that long journey back home at the end of August to create memories in our new home.
The most wonderful thing is that her three daughters and my daughter have now become a family. Now, after years of being a single parent and adjusting, we now have a foundation that we can call a family. Everyone was in the wedding and it was a a new beginning for us all.
To all that would like to find your soulmate, remember to find yourself first and never settle for less, for within you will be the road towards meeting your true love. To be able to create an unconditional love is the greatest gift of all.
Thank you again for all your wisdom in creating a profile that would reach out and bring home my dear, sweet soulmate.

Huge thanks to SPM
A huge thanks to Anna and SPM for allowing me to connect with not only the most wonderful man in the world, but to many friends as well! "AFNDude" and I, "hippiechik", met on SPM in May of 2003, talked all summer, then met face to face in October of that year. We continued to talk and fly (and drive!) back and forth between NC and Indiana until he and his daughter moved down here last August. We have been living together for a year now, he proposed at New Year's, and the wedding will be October 20, 2006. WE are both very blessed to have met not only one another, but also our best friend, "lillhomegirl", who will be "Best Person" at the wedding. I cannot believe that I have exactly all of the things that I ever wanted in life, a son, a daughter, and a wonderful man, all thanks to SPM!!

Together ever since
I met the most wonderful woman two years ago on Single Parents Mingle. She thought I was several states away and we would just chat. Lo and behold, we lived and worked near the same city and decided to get together. We've been together ever since and couldn't be happier.

Never seen two people more in love
Our dream came true! We really find our soulmate, with the help of the internet and SPM! Our family & friends kept telling us that they have never seen two people more in love and that we have what most people only dream of.
He and I were married in November of 2004. Our Ceremony was beautiful. The Sun came out and lit up the Chapel as we did our vows and really warmed everyone's hearts. We were married with candle light with 100 candles. We did all the catering for our wedding ourselves. Jodi, my Maid of Honor, came from Calgary AB Canada to share our day with us. I also met her here on SPM...bless her heart! Our guests said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever witnessed. We had some friends attend that we also met here on SPM and it was great to have you with us. Dr. R. Kohut gave me away, as he only had 4 sons in his life and never had this chance and was honored. He did a toast that made himself get tears and some of our guests too...we will never forget it. What a wonderful man.
We met here on SPM in July of 2003 and with our courtship and travels back and forth to Canada we fell in love. We racked up an unbelievable phone bill between the two of us and then decided that me and my daughter would relocate to beautiful Washington state so he could keep his great job at Boeing, building Aircrafts. Balancing and blending 2 families has been the most wonderful experience. We both have children from our previous marriages and will now look forward to the future when we will be seeing Grandchildren come this way. With 8 kids there could be many...I can't wait...more to cherish.
We have plans to buy a new house in the near future and have our dream complete. Thank you SPM for being here and thank you to all the wonderful people we have met here along the way.

This man is one in a million
I know that I have not been visiting your site for long and if honest I have only contacted one person from your site. This man is one in a million, totally 9ct gold and thanks to you matching us up, we both feel that we have met our soulmate.
I was skeptical when I gave my details that I was only doing it to 'see what would happen', never would I have thought that I could meet the man I have always wanted.
We both feel that we have connected and once we have addressed a few points with our respective families, we will be moving in together and hopefully having a happy ever after.
So to all those that don't think that it will ever happen to them or that they will never find happiness, trust me I felt like that and it can happen.
Once again, thank you all at Single Parents Mingle, you have made these two people very happy.
